Terms of Service overview
These draft terms describe the intended Clinivexa SaaS model. Replace this template with terms approved for your business before using it as the legal Terms of Service URL in Stripe.
Subscription service
Clinivexa is provided as a recurring software subscription. Clinics receive access according to the selected plan, limits and billing cycle.
Free trial and renewals
New clinic subscriptions may begin with a 7-day free trial. When Stripe Checkout is completed, Stripe stores the payment method and automatically renews the subscription monthly or annually until cancellation, subject to the final production billing terms.
Clinic data
The subscribing clinic remains responsible for the accuracy, legality and appropriate use of information entered into Clinivexa, including patient and clinical information.
Availability and acceptable use
Users must protect their credentials and may not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation or use Clinivexa in violation of applicable law.
