Clinivexa is designed to help clinics manage sensitive operational and patient information. Before production launch, this page must be reviewed and adapted to the legal entity operating Clinivexa and the countries where the service is offered.
Information processed
Clinivexa may process account information, clinic settings, appointment information, patient records, clinical documents, invoices, payment records and audit information on behalf of subscribed clinics.
Clinic responsibilities
Each clinic is responsible for determining its lawful basis for processing patient information, configuring retention periods, providing required patient notices and ensuring its use of Clinivexa complies with applicable healthcare and privacy law.
Security and access
Clinivexa uses role-based access controls, tenant scoping, audit logging and controlled file delivery in core workflows. Production deployments should use HTTPS, encrypted backups, strong administrator credentials, monitoring and an appropriate data-processing agreement.
